Oh dear – Hippies very down today.
Yesterday, although her elbow was sore it didn’t seem to bother her much if she didn’t lay on hard flooring.
We took her to the local park where she took great delight in throwing a plastic bottle around in typical greyhound manner.

Hippie met up with her favourite buddy the other evening…. Poppy is a gorgeous 3 year old rescued from the Newark branch of the Retired Greyhound Trust and Hippie loves her…..
As soon as they meet Hippie is down into ‘play bow’ mode and then leaps around cajoling Poppy to ‘come and have a play!!

Sunday morning dawned with beautiful sunshine – what a change!
We took our cups of tea out into the garden and Hippie was as usual overjoyed to be out there:-

Just a weekend break but how nice!
